W A & J King Pty Ltd is a family run business commencing initially as a partnership between Alan & Joan King on 1 September 1963. The company was registered in 1972 and Joan and Alan’s son David joined W A & J King Pty Ltd in 1978 and is now Managing Director. David has approximately 30 years of experience training for and executing this role. The company continues to run with strong family involvement, with both David & Joan being on site for the majority of time during opening hours and often beyond. David’s wife Helen and his sister Jill both work in clerical positions for the company. We have a good stable workforce and have had several members of staff join us and then work through to retirement.

Since inception the role and services of the company have evolved as the market has dictated. We have been processing and supplying varying grades of Pine Bark for over 30 years and have been involved in supply of sawdust and other timber by-products since inception of the business. We pride ourselves on having a good moral standing in the industry and strive to provide a quality product and good honest service to our customers.
